- The Stephens Grove Board of Directors held their special meeting on June 8, 2017 to modify the parking policy of the association. The first sentence of the Parking Policy is modified to correct a typographical error and will now read as follows:
Architectural Design Guidelines
RESTRICTIONS ON THE PARKING AND STORAGE OF VEHICLES
The types of vehicles listed in subsections (a) through (o) below may not be parked or stored in open view on residential lots, common area parking spaces, or the public streets of the Stephens Grove Community.
Except as amended, Appendix 1 – Parking Policy shall remain unchanged.
Home Improvements/Additions/Architectural Review Documents
All residents must follow approved guidelines and covenants on any improvements. ARC applications are required before ANY improvements are initiated (fences, landscaping, swing sets, decks, etc.) Please submit your application NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior to commencement of improvements.
