The Stephens Grove Clubhouse welcomes residents to host any parties or gatherings with their friends and families. A full kitchen and furnished area make it easy to prep and host, all in the same convenient location.
Clubhouse rental forms must be completed and provided to the coordinator a minimum of ten days prior to the scheduled event. Due to COVID-19, there is an additional $70 cleaning fee after rental of the clubhouse.

Our new state-of-the-art play area welcomes kids of all ages and sizes to run off their energy and play with friends. Complete with swings, monkey bars, climbing areas and slides, they are sure to be worn out by the time you head home.
Our community tennis court is regulation-sized and is perfect for all residents, whether you like banging from the baseline or playing close to the net.
As a reminder, no pets or wheels of any kind are permitted on the tennis court.
The Stephens Grove sport court is where our residents can play a game of basketball or HORSE with their neighbors and friends. Keep your game sharp.
