Home Improvements/ Additions/ Architectural Review Documents
All residents must follow approved guidelines and covenants on any improvements. ARC applications are required before ANY improvements are initiated (fences, landscaping, swing sets, decks, etc.). Please submit your application NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior to commencement of improvements.

Parking Policy
RESTRICTIONS ON THE PARKING AND STORAGE OF VEHICLES
GENERAL
The types of vehicles listed in subsections (a) through (o) below may not be parked or stored in open view on residential lots, common area parking spaces, or the public streets of the Stephens Grove Community.
Except as amended, Appendix 1 – Parking Policy shall remain unchanged.
